Duties and responsibilities are listed on the Lead Lab Assistant Resume as – maintaining that orders for blood draws when received are routed in order of priority to the phlebotomy team, monitoring the integrity of patient specimen collection processes, keeping the lab manager informed of all phlebotomy activities and personnel problems processing sample tests in technical areas, updating of manuals outlining phlebotomy procedures and specimen requirements overseeing rotation of stored patient samples, and overseeing unpacking of supplies.
